Reception Welcome

Each guest will receive one glass of bubbly to enjoy during the reception, served until 5:30 PM.

Wine and bar service will be available throughout the reception hour and dinner, with two drinks included for each ticketed guest.


Passed Appetizers

  • Mini Dungeness Crab Cake  |  lemon brioche, fines herbes

  • Artichoke Jalapeño Popper Beignet

  • Pork Belly Bites  |  gochujang caramel, sesame

  • Blistered Tomato & Burrata Crostini  |  basil oil


Dinner Service Begins at 6:30 PM

  • Filet of Beef  |  potato pavé, red wine bordelaise

  • Seared Steelhead Trout  |  dill yogurt, shaved fennel, spring onion

  • Cauliflower Steak (v)  |  vadouvan curry, almond, braised greens


Dessert

Dark Chocolate Torte  |  cherry caramel, sea salt, cajeta
Served with freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas
