The Madrone School is pleased to offer a courtesy room block in collaboration with The Somm Hotel. Guests attending the event on Saturday, November 8, 2025, can enjoy a special group rate as part of the following Room Night Commitment:

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%) in effect at check-out.

Method of Reservations

Guests will make reservations individually by contacting The Somm Hotel Reservations.

Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations must be secured with one of the following:

• A first night room deposit
• A major credit card

Reservations not secured by one of these methods will not be held.

Reservation Cut-Off Date

Reservations must be received by Thursday, October 9, 2025. After this date:

• Unbooked rooms will be released for general sale
• Reservations may be accepted based on space and rate availability at the event’s group rate
• The check-in time at The SOMM Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.

No Room Transfers

Neither The Madrone School nor event attendees may assign or transfer reservations to individuals not affiliated with the event.

Billing Arrangements

Guests are responsible for payment of their own charges. The Somm Hotel may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to guarantee payment.
